Test documents creation - Analyze of project documentation / requirements
- Creation of checklists / test cases with detailed (step-by-step) descriptions, including positive and negative scenarios, that fully cover product specifications
- Tracking issues and suggestions with clear description, exact steps to reproduce and attached video, screenshots, logs, if necessary.
Test process optimization First, we analyze existing test process of a company and define its weaknesses. Then, based on research results, we make suggestions about optimization and reorganization of testing strategies. Implementation of new test processes is essential part of our activities in this case.
Creation and gathering of test metrics Definition of a list of metrics that can be used in testing optimization processes. Organization of metrics collecting process. Decoding of metrics that were collected and converting it into actual test results statistics. Making suggestions that are based on received statistics.
Test tools In our practice we use various debug tools, such as Fiddler, Charles, Browsers DevTool. Applying of it helps us to identify the problem in short terms, to analyze it, also to make suggestions what component it relies to. Usage of different Test Tracking tools, like Sitechko that helps us to provide our clients with detailed test documentation. These tools allow to control test process and to observe test results. Also, checklists / test cases, that were created for some part of the project, can be reused further for regressions, or can be updated and used in other projects.
Bug report Bug report is a most important artefact in Quality Assurance services. We always provide only clear and detailed issue reports. We have experience in most popular bug tracking systems usage, such as Jira, Mantis, etc., so we can apply any form of reports. It can be either any client bugtracker or our bugtracker. Also issues can be presented in any form that client prefers, so it can be imported to client’s bugtracker without any problems.
